About the job HR Officer

  • Verify timesheets, calculate OT and claims
  • Administer staff benefits such as leave records, insurance claims and medical claims
  • Process monthly payroll, CPF submission and claims
  • Prepare HR letters
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
  • Organise company events and handle employee relations
  • Update HR records
  • Backup for payroll
  • Any adhoc duties assigned
Requirement
  • Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines
