We are look for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, offering HR Recruitment Shared Services to 6 entities across CMA CGM Group in Singapore. You will be working in a fast paced, matrixed style MNC environment, recruiting across all levels with an industry leader for the maritime and logistics industry.

To excel in this role, you should be passionate about recruiting the right talent and enjoys interacting with people. You must be comfortable with high volume recruitment and providing prompt recruitment solutions to all hiring managers.

Your main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Attending to all approved job requirements promptly with aim to understand the role & the ideal candidates' requirements
• Develop an effective and consultative working relationship with the Hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and all internal stakeholders
• Be responsible for full cycle of recruitment from Job advertising, to reviewing applicants, Sourcing / Head-hunting for candidates, to conducting qualifying calls and interview arrangements
• Be responsible for a wide range of recruitment, from entry level support role to senior level / management for a variety of functions, including corporate support function as well as commercial and technical shipping roles
• Working closely with various education institutions to promote CMA CGM Group as well as to handle internship hiring
• Participate in various career fairs to actively promote careers with CMA CGM Group
• Promptly updating of the internal recruitment system.
• Actively managing Job Boards e.g. Linkedin, Mycareersfuture, JobStreet, etc
• Ensuring prompt administrative follow-up
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned or support in relevant HR projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any discipline
• Ideally 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (candidates with agency and/or in-house experience are welcome to apply)
• Strong administration & communications skills, meticulous, accurate & detailed.
• Must enjoy interactions with people.

This role is opened for Singaporean only.
