About the job HR Officer

Our client, a leading global logistics and freight forwarding company, is seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Officer to join their team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, payroll administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of employees, including induction and orientation programs
• Administer and manage payroll and employee benefits programs
• Support talent management initiatives such as performance management, career development, and training programs
• Resolve employee grievances and handle disciplinary matters
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and updated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and data, ensuring confidentiality and privacy are maintained
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives and company events
• Provide HR support and advice to managers and employees on various HR matters
• Manage ad-hoc HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
