OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING TO FILL THE FOLLOWING JOB POSITION:

HR Officer

The position presents an opportunity to support our company\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day operations. Work Location: Hotel industry at Newton On the job training for 3 months will be provided.

Responsibilities Payroll Process

• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide support in all matters representing the payroll function. Closely manage escalations.
• Take ownership of processes and serve as point of contact for all payroll operations escalations and query resolution.
• From time to time undertake special projects and initiatives to achieve more efficient and compliant operations.
• Ensure all administrationis maintained for: filing standards; closing of customer queries, and other regulatory requirements, etc

Shortlisting & Recruitment

• Assist to register of training course and update training records

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Self-motivate, pro-active, positive can-do attitude, independent, organised, and a good team player
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and work independently in a fast-paced environment Proffciency in MS Offce Applications (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
• Basic Accounting knowledge would be an added advantage
• Fresh graduate from any Diploma Human Capital Management
