:

Responsible for Work Pass management, leave administrative, HR administrative, documentation and filing.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the personal records i.e Headcount report, Leave record, Contact List, Employee Bank Record, Employee\xe2\x80\x99s Photo, Organization Chart, Professional Certification, etc.
  • Issue Company certificate to support VISA application, banking facilitation, PR application, facilitating access to Client\'s property, personal record, etc.
  • General administrative duties including documentation, create/terminate company email ID account, filing and updating data.
  • Health Insurance administrative function i.e collating medical claims, registration and cancellation of Insurance cards, etc.
  • Ensure that all staffs CV in company template is updated.
  • Plan and conduct employee\xe2\x80\x99s onboarding and orientation.
  • Ask for reference check, approval on confirmation and send confirmation emails to employees.
  • Support leaving employee\xe2\x80\x99s exiting, i.e. to delete/ forward settings email ID.
  • Manage on SAT under MOM \xe2\x80\x93 COMPASS, working on work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Attendance & Leave record Management.
  • Staff\xe2\x80\x99s Gifts i.e. Recognition Awards, Welcome Kits.
  • Understand requirement for education verification proof requirement. Dealing with MOM;s Background screening companies and applicant to work on Authenticity of the qualification and Accreditation status of the institution.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years in HR admin function
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree and above
  • Understand MOM COMPASS, SAT, work pass eligibility, processing and S-pass quota
  • Good to know SAP
