Manage the employee performance program including promotions, awards, performance improvement plans, and employee exits
Oversee the employee compensation and benefits program
Administer payroll and related functions
Handle administrative tasks related to Work Permits and Employment Passes.
Requirement
Diploma and above
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR role
Able to handle a fast-paced environment
