Main Responsibilities
Assist in data maintenance, entry, and troubleshooting system issues.
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding internal systems support (e.g., MyHR, MXP, Time Off).
Collaborate with local HR teams on data cleaning to improve data integrity and quality across the region.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis using reports and dashboards on Power BI.
Support the team with report generation and system-related assistance.
Participate in strategic projects and initiatives, including market analysis, integration of internal systems and platforms.
Assist with general HR processes such as onboarding, employee engagement activities, and documentation.
Support the team in HR and office management tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic analytical skills and familiarity with AI tools, Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and data visualization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong communication skills for day-to-day interaction with executives; good business writing and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-organized, and detail-oriented.
