Deliver high-quality, timely support for employees and managers, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the employee lifecycle by analyzing data to improve service.
Manage the complete onboarding process, including background checks, visa sponsorship, documentation, and system readiness in Workday, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth integration for new hires.
Execute precise data transactions in HR systems, generate reports, and maintain accuracy.
Create and update HR knowledge materials, ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements, and contribute to policy development.
Contribute to documenting workflows and SOPs, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Partner with HR subject matter experts on projects and operational activities for successful outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
Has 3 years of HR experience preferably in investment firm
Generalist knowledge of HR processes, concepts, and practices
Make decisions and develop creative solutions
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and trends, and develop solutions
Strong analytical and quantitative skills for leveraging data to create insights and strategies
Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and collaborate across HR and business functions
Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday and/or ServiceNow, HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
