Responsibilities
  • Lead a team and oversee all HR operations tasks
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including the preparation and filing of documents, work pass applications, payroll administration and process improvement
  • Work collaboratively with the Managers and Employees to deliver the HR services efficiently and effectively so as to enhance employee experience
  • Oversee the maintenance of HR data and ensure quality data management throughout the employee life cycle
  • Ensure the generation, organization and analysis of key HR metrics to support Business decision making
  • Actively lead / participate in HR related projects to enhance efficiency and optimize processes
Requirements
  • 7 to 10 years of HR Operations / Generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR trends
  • Team player and demonstrates a positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
  • Detail oriented and willing to be hands on
  • Numerically inclined and highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and manage tight deadlines
