About the job positions: 1) HR Operations HR Operation Executive will assist in daily operational HR administrative support. They are to be familiar with key HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, orientation, performance management and compensation and benefits etc. 2) HR Project Management HR Project Manager will oversee and manage the project timeline. They are responsible for conceptualising relevant deliverables and directly executing the project. Such project includes job redesign and strengthening human capital development capabilities. 3) Training & Development Training and Development Personnel will take charge of designing training programmes and curriculum, including but not limited to, customer service and performance management.
