Please join us and contribute to our goals with your new role as HR Operations Analyst. Your new place to work is flexible (Work Location: Singapore) and will be defined later. (hybrid).

Your tasks

As the central point of contact for employees and line managers for all HR topics within his/her area of responsibility, you provide the expertise in and timely execution of standardized, mostly tool-supported transaction processing to provide high quality, highly efficient and effective solutions for customers.

You ensure

  • Acts as central point of contact for specialist topics, ensure effective rollout and implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring consistent interpretation and administration of HR programs and company policies/procedures.
  • Support processes related to the assigned specialist topic (incl. quality gates & checks) and ensures adherence
  • Maintain (electronic) personnel records; researches data to verify employment and salary records
  • Input required data into the HR system for maintaining, payroll, organizational management, recruiting, GHR, etc.
  • Document all contacts and outcomes within the Service Management software application of the Service Organization
  • Explain work instructions to others, adapting guidelines to the assignments as necessary
  • Continuously monitor quality and quick turnover of performed tasks and ensures high quality of performance
  • Responsible for all administrative activities in the area of responsibility
  • Ensures continuous and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Employees, Line Managers, HR Business Partners)
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification
  • 3~5 years of HR or related experience preferable
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Flexible mindset while also considering the legal aspects
  • Problem-solving ability and customer orientation
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
