Hr Payroll Assistant/officer

Job Description

Responsibilities:



Handle monthly payroll processing (End to end payroll processing, including computation of salary, attendance & leave checking, Overtime processing and allowances,) Follow-up on staff movement of payroll related (eg.new join, salary adjustment or resignation) Preparation of tax clearance for foreign employee Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims. Ensure all employees records are properly maintained and update in system Attend to employee's queries related to all HR matters Any others HR related duties as assigned

Requirements:



Min GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources / Higher Nitec in Business Study Proficient in Ms Office Application Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers Meticulous and well organized Positive attitude, responsible and a team player Salary: Subject to experience & qualifications

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
