Job Description


  • Payroll Exp
  • HR & Admin Exp
  • IMMD Role
Job Scope:
  • Handle monthly payroll processing
  • To ensure timely and accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, income tax, Childcare / Maternity / Paternity Leave, etc
  • Provide HR administrative support
  • Manage employee\xe2\x80\x99s record, on-boarding, off-boarding, insurance renewal, reporting, etc
  • Work pass administration
  • Prepare HR related contracts and documents
  • Assist in any HR initiatives
  • Any ad-hoc task as assigned
Requirements:
  • Possess a Degree / Diploma in HR
  • Minimum 1 year of Payroll Processing experience
  • Good understanding of MOM labour laws
  • Independent, proactive and meticulous
  • Good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to commence with short notice
