Job Description

  • Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Check and update monthly roster, time attendance, and leave records
  • Ensure Employee Master Data is accurately maintained and updated within the given compliance framework.
  • Support the maintenance, update and archiving of payroll files and relevant payroll data.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resource department
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience of Payroll administration
  • Knowledge in local employment act and income tax rules & regulations
  • Adept in payroll software and related MOM, CPF and IRAS matters
  • Excellent team player
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, initiative, and possess positive attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office
