Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll processing.
Responsible for timely execution and completion of payroll cycles (including off-cycle), government claims submission and staff medical claims.
Ensure prompt system updates in accordance with statutory legislation changes.
Liaise with Finance on monthly accrual and payroll reports.
Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking exercises, payroll-related initiatives, compensation & benefits surveys.
Proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents.
Manage employee welfare benefits, leave matters, insurance, reports and any inquiries.
Liaising with insurers with regards to enrolment and termination of members.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy with at least 1 years\' experience.
Able to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit.
