Job Description
Location : Paya Lebar Road
Position : HR Personnel Officer (HR Officer)
Contract period : Immediate \xe2\x80\x93 13 Dec 23
Working hours : Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Salary : max capped at $3,500 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Job description :
- Supporting AD Performance Management and Engagement on ad-hoc duties
Requirement :
- The jobholder is required to be able to handle stress due to the complexities of the job. He/she must be able to multi tasked as he/she needs to perform more than 1 role daily.
- The jobholder need to possess and be familiar with Microsoft Office as this will assist in maximising and optimising the work performance.
- The jobholder may face diversified challenges such as, deployment and resolution of conflicts/issues among units/divisions. He/she must be able to analyse the situation and make sound decisions on the spot, ensuring that concerns of all parties involved have been considered.
- Possess a minimum of Diploma.
- Possess good command & communication skills
- Be meticulous in administrative work
- Prior experience working with systems will be an advantage.
