What the role is:The jobholder is responsible for forecasting the manpower requirements for the SCDF transformation 2030 journey, with special focus on the progressive build-up of the SCDF's Emergency Medical Services workforce and translating these requirements into actionable HR plans and policies, including the creation and review of schemes of service (uniformed and non-uniformed) to meet SCDF's growing workforce needs. The jobholder is also responsible for the structural review of the SCDF EMS establishment to ensure the rightsizing of its workforce. In addition, the jobholder is required to monitor the external labour environment vis-\xc3\xa0-vis the internal staffing pressures and implement coherent initiatives to improve staff retention.What you will be working on:
