DESIGNATION : HR Project Coordinator (1 year)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The position reports to Manager, HRIS & Projects and will work closely with the HR Project Teams and provide support on project documentation, organizing team meetings, information distribution, report collation, recording minutes and communication support, ensuring smooth operation of every project.

  • Manage and update project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep projects on track
  • Liaise with project teams to facilitate project fulfillment
  • Being point of contact for various project working groups
  • Coordinate and facilitate process review sessions with HR process owners and users
  • Update process maps, standard operating procedure and user guides, ensuring the processes, procedures and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner
  • Assist in HR process improvement initiatives
  • Ad-hoc HR projects or duties assigned


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or any related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management and process improvement initiatives
  • Experience and knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma is an added advantage
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite and process flowcharts applications
  • Independent and meticulous team player who is able to work under pressure and tight schedule with minimum supervision
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
