Job Description



As the HR Project Manager APAC reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, APAC, you will support the successful end-to-end delivery, communication, and embedding of key HR projects and people initiatives. This role will also have regional responsibilities supporting communications, reporting, systems embedding, and wellbeing.

As the ideal candidate, you will collaborate with HR colleagues and key stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Regional and Country leadership, etc) to effectively implement key HR projects and processes across APAC. You will drive key projects and people initiatives including playing a key role in supporting region-wide wellbeing initiatives, driving the program for performance management for the region, Employee Engagement Survey, compensation and benefits, and leading the HRIS Data administration and analysis. You will lead the launch of the annual Edelman Exchange program and support the DEI Council as a key council partner to assist with the preparation of measurement and reporting of DEI metrics and reviewing of company policies with a DEI lens and driving consensus to implementation.

In this fast-paced role, you will assist the Chief Talent Officer with the implementation of other APAC-focused projects and initiatives as driven by business needs and priorities. You will assist Regional Chief Talent Officer in drafting various employee communication and engage with Creative for collateral as necessary. You will assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for regional employees.


As the ideal candidate, you will have strong writing and verbal communication skills, a proven track record of HR project management capabilities, and owning end-to-end projects independently. You will have a proven ability in senior stakeholder management, setting strategies, analytical, strong understanding of HR, preferably having worked on the generalist side as HR Business Partner/Advisor and experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
