HR work related experience in recruitment and training is required for this position requirement.

Shall have the key role in the support to the organization manpower requirement by providing the right talent through external and internal placement and managing their talent and skills by delivering the required learning and development of the position and meet its mandate.
Implement policies and procedures related to acquisition, retention, training and development of the employees.

Should have the skills in analytics and good background in MS Office, specifically in excel.
