Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible in end-to-end recruitment for Customer Service Representatives
  • Documenting all interviews and that all necessary documents are complete and accurate prior to endorsement and filing
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in full cycle recruitment preferably in a BPO or Outsourcing company is preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Experience in Behavioral Interviewing is an advantage
  • Must be proficient with various software applications programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in planning, time management, and decision making skills
  • Must be amenable to work onsite (_ Alabang or Makati_)
  • Can start immediately
