Responsibilities
- Assist internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.
- To initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.
- Source for candidates through publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client\'s needs.
- Manage candidates job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.
- Working in a team environment
- Minimum Degree in any discipline
- No prior experience required as mentorship will be provided
- Self-Starter, a people person, willing to learn and possess enthusiasm
