We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for our clients. Company Name: Ace Management Services

Salary: $2000 - $3000 Responsibilities:
- Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions
- Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates to determine their suitability for the role
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates
- Providing guidance to clients on hiring best practices
- Negotiating salaries and benefits packages with candidates
- Managing the hiring process from start to finish, including offer letters and onboarding
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles in various industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations
- Monday to Friday
- Commission pay
