Human ResourceYou will join our Talent Acquisition team to help support the our resourcing activities. The key responsibilities
of the role will be to:
Carry out jobs postings and perform phone screen candidates Schedule shortlisted candidates for interviews Monitor and track progress of shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process Arrange for pre-recruitment medical checkup and other formalities Prepare employment contracts and other related documentation General administrative duties including updating HR systems
Requirements
Possess at least NITEC qualifications At least 1 year relevant work experience in a resourcing function, in particular the end-to-end recruitment process. Proficient in MS Office and prior experience using Peoplesoft Must be a good team player and able to work independently Strong organizational skills with the ability to deal with high volume of work Results driven and meticulous
