Job Description

Responsibilities:



Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals. Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial application to offer acceptance. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Requirements:



Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Students / Fresh grads welcome. No experience required. Singaporean only. Well-versed in English and Mandarin. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
