- Converting research articles done before the launch of programme into their resources, so that they can continue to benefit the HR community from an accessible source.
- Update content of e-learnings which are already hosted for the programme
- Design interface of HR system for better navigation to scale up our reach of readers
- Design materials (infographics, animation) for learning interventions
- Facilitate coordination work, so that the team can focus on delivering the outcomes expected
- Develop and edit video resources for e-learnings
- Design e-learning courseware on HR topics e.g. designing infographics, toolkits
- Coordinate activities for HR programmes e.g. develop presentation slides, respond to queries, prepare publicity info
- Research on trending HR topics
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact well with all levels of staff.
\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and is a good team player with strong drive and dedication.
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous, resourceful, and highly self-motivated.
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
\xc2\xb7 Good analytical, writing and verbal communication skills.
\xc2\xb7 Have some knowledge of Human Resource topics.
\xc2\xb7 Have a keen interest in learning and development.
\xc2\xb7 Creative and have experience in creating content e.g. infographics, e-learning
\xc2\xb7 Have experience with creating and editing website, videos, animations etc.
\xc2\xb7 Undergraduate or Diploma Holder who is preferably specialising in Human Resource, Business Management, Marketing or Digital Media.
