b) Manage and process payroll and claims for all workers on a timely basis
c) Perform statutory submissions: IR21, IR8A, CPF.
d) Screening of candidates for interviews and assist in the recruitment process
e) Manage repatriation of workers
f) Advertise job vacancies in job portals, newspapers and other mediums
g) Maintaining of employees’ record and HR documentations
h) MOM inspections & pressure machine renewals
i) Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
