Develop and implement rewards policies and programmes in accordance with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s rewards philosophy to drive a high performance culture;
Support the Remuneration Committee in various executive compensation matters;
Manage the performance management framework to effectively develop and enhance organisation and individual performance;
Analyse market pay data to ensure market competitiveness and develop appropriate reward strategies to attract and retain key talents;
Review and ensure that the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s salary structures and incentive models remain relevant and competitive to market;
Manage share- based incentive programmes that drive long term performance;
Manage various benefits programmes including insurance, leave and flexible benefits schemes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical and influencing skills;
Able to see the big picture while keeping an eye on details;
Good oral and written communication skills;
At least 10 years relevant experience;
Degree holder in any discipline, HR-related studies preferred;
