Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement rewards policies and programmes in accordance with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s rewards philosophy to drive a high performance culture;
  • Support the Remuneration Committee in various executive compensation matters;
  • Manage the performance management framework to effectively develop and enhance organisation and individual performance;
  • Analyse market pay data to ensure market competitiveness and develop appropriate reward strategies to attract and retain key talents;
  • Review and ensure that the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s salary structures and incentive models remain relevant and competitive to market;
  • Manage share- based incentive programmes that drive long term performance;
  • Manage various benefits programmes including insurance, leave and flexible benefits schemes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong analytical and influencing skills;
  • Able to see the big picture while keeping an eye on details;
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • At least 10 years relevant experience;
  • Degree holder in any discipline, HR-related studies preferred;
  • IHRP certification preferred.
