Providing the best possible employee experience is the core of what we do as our people\xe2\x80\x99s success defines our success.Provide subject matter expert advice on HR Risk & Compliance matters to all HR Business Units and collaborate with OCBC Group and BOS subsidiaries on consistent implementation of policies and procedures which are aligned with OCBC Group and BOS core values and local legislative requirements.Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Maintain and update HR Code of Conduct policies and procedures regularly, including follow up on regulatory updates and policies.\xc2\xb7 Lead maintenance, communications & full execution of standards & strategies on Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Risk Management Programme (e.g. Employee Conduct Trigger and Manager Conduct Trigger) and associated reporting\xc2\xb7 Key subject matter expert/ main point of contact for all issues relating to the Employee Conduct Trigger (ECT) and Manager Conduct Trigger (MCT) programmes\xc2\xb7 Support with the secretariat role for Culture & Conduct committees such as ECT/MCT Committee, Culture & Conduct Steering Committee and Disciplinary Inquiry Committee\xc2\xb7 Support and liaise with various stakeholders relating to regulatory guidance reviews such as performing gap analysis and embedding action plan to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Lead HR related investigations\xc2\xb7 Lead Culture-related HR initiatives such as Culture and Conduct Roadshows, e-learnings\xc2\xb7 Analyse and provide refinements to group-wide risk dashboard indicators including risk indicators reporting and review.\xc2\xb7 Ensure key and operational risks are addressed and/or mitigated through effective control procedures.\xc2\xb7 Support HR compliance in MAS Individual Accountability & Conduct guidelines including Senior Managers identifications, Annual Attestations and refresh.\xc2\xb7 Drives decision making by using data to identify trends and partners with business leaders to determine root cause of issues and develop organizational effective solutions.\xc2\xb7 Support with HR audits including both internal and external regulatory inspectionsQualifications\xc2\xb7 Total of at least 8 years of experience working in a commercial bank is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Compliance, Risk, Audit or HR Governance related role.\xc2\xb7 Prior experience supporting executive level Committees with employee risk assessment frameworks and associated discipline and compensation impact outcomes\xc2\xb7 Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills with high degree of attention to detail\xc2\xb7 Ability to understand the regulations and design and develop policies and implementation plans to adhere to regulations.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines\xc2\xb7 Experience in building strong, effective, and trusted relationships with stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
