HR Senior Executive at Japanese Retail CompanyPosition Title: HR Senior ExecutiveExpected Responsibilities:
- Support in designing HR evaluation systems
- Support in revising benefits
- Support in formulating and executing HR strategies (retention, engagement initiatives, etc.)
- Support in formulating and executing recruitment strategies
- Other ad-hoc tasksRequirement:
- Enthusiastic about improving organizational and internal systems
- Experience in HR or general affairs departments
- Experience in improving and designing HR evaluation and compensation systems
- Business-level English proficiency required (necessary for communication both internally and externally)
