Job Description
Friend of Bus Pte Ltd, a private bus transportation company that offers bus chartering across sectors is looking for experience Human Resource management and Service Quality Executive.
Job Scope:
to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to termination in accordance with Employment Act and company policies to conduct induction program for new hire to develop & advice remuration recommendation for new hire to conduct recruitment drive across suitable medium to shortlist and conduct interview to recommend bonus using suitable metric such as KPI to identify training needs and develop or source training programs to conduct traning program where necessary
addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues
Job Requirements:
Independent-minded Strong communication skill Experience
* most of the days will be WFH unless required in the office or training site
