Summary:

• Public Healthcare Institute (West region)
• Mon - Fri, 830am - 6pm
• 6 months contract (extendable)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely and accurate HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing
• Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met
• Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered accordingly
• Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or a business-related field
• *Payroll experience is highly preferred!
• Open to entry-level applicants, with 1-2 years of relevant HR experience preferred
• Ability to manage high-volume tasks and maintain data confidentiality
• Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Excel for handling large datasets
• Organized, meticulous, and proactive in work approach
