What a HR Specialist (Employer Branding & Engagement focused) Does in Titansoft:

  • Establish internal, corporate communications and employer branding strategies and campaigns, in conjunction with a media presence through day-to-day management and content creation for our social media platforms including company blog.
  • Collaborate with PR Team to develop internal and corporate communication collaterals and production of other media assets including filming of videos, photoshoots and other digital materials.
  • Elevate our employer branding and strengthen our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) by building event and awards participation strategies and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, to proactively promote the Titansoft brand and corporate identity to enhance candidates and employees\' recognition of our people, culture and growth.
  • Independently manage the end-to-end process of the Employee Engagement Survey, from planning, analysis and formulation of action plans.
  • Design, strategize and organize internal campaigns and activities to boost employee engagement
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as required
  • This role will also have the opportunity to collaborate on Organisational Development projects
What we are looking for in a HR Specialist (Employer Branding & Engagement Focused)

Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Social Science (Psychology), Marketing, Communications with preferably at least 4 or 5 years of relevant working experience in events management and/or PR agencies.

To be successful in this role...

You will be required to communicate well with internal and external parties. Strong written and copywriting skills will be advantageous. Being meticulous and analytical will help you to discover new insights to solve problems. Familiar with social media platforms and web analytics tools like Google Analytics. At times, things may get hectic, adrenaline will kick in and you will need to be able to adapt quickly. Our "weapon of choice"? Microsoft Office Applications! (As such, proficiency is a must)

Qualities

Proficient in Chinese language is preferred, in order to work well with our mandarin-speaking stakeholders overseas for company-wide projects

Don\'t be afraid to challenge the status quo. Be passionate about continuous learning (As this is one of our core values, if you don\'t enjoy continuously improving yourself, you might find it stressful in our environment). Not forgetting that being open to ideas/feedback and being adaptive would help you to fit into our culture a lot easier.

If you are able to facilitate discussions with other teams, that would be splendid!
