The incumbent is responsible to provide end-to-end HR support the following:
Benefits & Leave Administration
Learning & Development
HR system process improvement projects
An expert on HR policies and processes, handling stakeholders\' requests & inquiries.
Full employee life cycle management, managing the entire onboarding and offboarding process.
Benefits and Leave enrollment and administration, including ensuring accurate and correct employee benefits information in the third-party system by Boardroom.
Employee insurance enrollment and administration, including claim processing.
Partner with payroll team to provide monthly inputs for payroll processing.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the completion of HR processes.
To streamline and develop changed processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency.
HR reporting and analysis derived from varying data sources.
Requirement
Degree in any discipline with min 3 years of generalist experience.
Prior experience using SAP successfactor a plus
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills.
