• An expert on HR policies and processes, handling stakeholders\' requests & inquiries.
• Full employee life cycle management, managing the entire onboarding and offboarding process.
• Benefits and Leave enrollment and administration, including ensuring accurate and correct employee benefits information in the third-party system by Boardroom.
• Employee insurance enrollment and administration, including claim processing.
• Partner with payroll team to provide monthly inputs for payroll processing.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the completion of HR processes.
• To streamline and develop changed processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency.
• HR reporting and analysis derived from varying data sources.

Requirement

• Degree in any discipline with min 3 years of generalist experience.
• Prior experience using SAP successfactor a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills.
