The CompanyA well-established company in the energy sector is looking to hire a Human Resource Specialist (recruitment focused).
The RoleReporting to the HR Manager, you are expected to perform duties below
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process and selection
- Proactively headhunt candidate to fulfil the recruitment needs
- Engage hiring managers in understanding hiring needs and requirements and provide sourcing channel
- Have a good understanding of recruitment tools
- Ensure the best candidates are selected and the recruitment process has been conducted efficiently and cost-effectively
- Liaise with external head-hunters, if required to discuss job requirements
- Identify improvements and support the development of engagement action plans
- Any HR generalist task required from time to time
