We are experiencing a high growth in Asia, comprising of our locations in Singapore, Vietnam and China. Our Singapore office serves as a regional base, in fact we recently moved into brand new and bigger office facilities to house our expanding Monjasa tribe. It is thus timely to have our first HR colleague located in this region to be even closer to the markets and our colleagues, as well as to be on the forefront of regional trends. Thus, you have a unique opportunity to have a direct impact to our regional expansion by ensuring that we \xe2\x80\x98get it right\xe2\x80\x99 in attracting, developing and retaining our people. You will join a close-knitted and professional HR team consisting of 12 colleagues based in Denmark, UAE and Panama. Your overall responsibility will be to support our business and ensure a strong HR operational backbone in the three entities in Asia in close cooperation with our designated Senior HR Business Partner in Denmark. Your daily work will be focusing on getting the right people onboard from high quality recruitment, HR legal matters, employee management and other ad hoc HR related tasks.
Areas of focus

  • Drive recruitment processes from A-Z, including assessment feedback
  • Manage the employee life cycle \xe2\x80\x93 from onboarding to offboarding and the activities in between, such as defining/negotiating/managing health insurance
  • HR legal matters in cooperation with external legal partners, e.g. ensure and be up to date with local/regional laws and regulations, employment contracts, visa processes and company handbook
  • Support the internal Academy with learning and development activities, including knowledge assessments of new employees
  • Act as focal point between local entities and Group HR
  • Administrative support in ad hoc HR related projects and activities

Your professional skills
  • Relevant education
  • 3-5 years of experience with HR and independently working with recruitment
  • Good administrative and coordinative skills
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office with a natural flair for new systems
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
