Duties and Responsibilities:Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or request.Handles recruitment end to end process.Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absence, leaves, etc.).Monitor and Prepare monthly remittances(Loans and Contribution).Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities(staffing, training, evaluations, etc.).Coordinate HR projects(meetings, trainings, surveys, etc.).Complete process of clearance of resigned associate.Comply and update employee records or 201 files(hard and soft copy).Produce and submit weekly monthly reports on general HR activity.Attend grievance(counselling and DA).Assist HMO concern..Accommodate and assist company guest and visitors.Assist in payroll.ISO document control.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
