Key Results Area: v Employees' 201 files are kept updated;v Personnel files are systematically kept arranged;v Reports on employees' daily time record are accurate;v Request for personnel clearance, certification, etc., are processed within a reasonable time frame;v Personnel plans and programs are carried out successfully.Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Periodically update the individual employees' 201 files;2. Responsible in keeping the personnel files within the department;3. Summarize the employees' daily time records and make the necessary personnel report;4. Provide assistance to employees who are requesting for clearance, certification, and other personnel matters;5. Provide assistance in conducting personnel interview, evaluation, survey, and other personnel activities;6. Provide assistance in implementing the personnel plans and programs;7. Other matters to be assigned by the VP for Administration and HRD.Qualification Requirements: 1. Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree Course2. Must have undergone training related to Human Resource Administration3.
