Recruitmenta~ Responsible in providing manpower requirement for the companya~ Ensures 100% manpower based on the companyaEUR(TM)s approved plantilla.a~ Ensures compliance to standard recruitment procedures and employee qualifications.2. Organizational Development (Business Unit)a~ Recommends relevant trainings/ program relevant to the organization.a~ Ensure that all newly hired employees undergone employee orientation and must have training schedule prior to deployment. And to make sure, training schedule are being followed and implemented.a~ Ensure compliance on EDF and PMS management.3. Employee Relationsa~ Ensures implementation of company policies by the employees and confers proper attention to violators.a~ Provide disciplinary actions to violators.a~ Assist HR Manager in all company activities involving employees like Sport Fest, Christmas Party and others.4. Policies and Procedures Implementationa~ Ensures consistent implementation of company policies and procedures based onexisting companyaEUR(TM)s code of conduct.a~ Update HRIS for attendance management, payroll process and employee records.5. Admina~ Ensures payroll compliance based on company standard (ACT).a~ Ensures complete and on time update of HRIS.a~ Follow through with HRTL with on-site asset management.Performs other tasks assigned by the HRM, if deemed necessary.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
