About the Role

Our client, a well-established construction company in Singapore, is seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition professional to manage project-based hiring needs. The role primarily focuses on engineering-related positions and does not involve foreign worker recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs for projects. Manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting suitable candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with both candidates and stakeholders. Prepare and submit work pass applications for selected candidates. Maintain and update recruitment records to ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 2-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or project-based industries. Strong knowledge of local recruitment practices and MOM guidelines. Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple project hiring timelines.
