Roles & Responsibilities
Board Appointment You will assist in the Board Appointment process such as record management, working with policy divisions in preparing and submitting simple documents for approval.
Performance Management and Awards You will support logistics and administration for Performance Management and National Day Award (Public). This will include designing of emails for announcements, briefing logistics and collation of inputs from the client.
Learning & Development You will assist the team in processing data and generation of reports. You will also support the team in logistics and administration for the Learning and Development portfolio, which includes maintenance of databases and e-learning accounts, as well as collation of inputs from divisions.
Requirements
- Prior HR experience is useful. Stakeholder (Internal and external) management. Must be comfortable with software such as MS Office.
Working Arrangement: Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 6pm; Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm Location: Near Outram Park MRT Station Salary: TBA Contract Period: 3 months (Renewal of contract up to 1 year will be subjected to the manpower demand and performance of employee.)
