Job Description

What the role is:
This is a traineeship role with the HR department, offering exposure to HR digital transformation initiatives, development and communication of our employee value proposition (EVP) and development of AI culture and awareness in CSC.
What you will be working on:
o Review existing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding and identify digitalisation opportunities to streamline operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. o Develop and design communication materials like infographics, videos, and presentations that explain the EVP to current and future employees. Support the creation of role-specific messaging that aligns with the overall EVP. o Assist in planning and executing AI awareness campaigns, communications, and engagement initiatives to promote AI adoption and literacy. Coordinate learning sessions, roadshows, and showcases to highlight use cases and encourage experimentation.

About Civil Service College:
The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we partner government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first-class public service. CSC brings together public officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them with opportunities for learning and skills upgrading. Our service-wide networks enable public officers to build capabilities, develop shared ethos and gain deeper perspectives, creating a collaborative environment for dialogue and knowledge sharing.
