The Training Department Intern supports the initiatives and training and development programs of Sephora University, including:
Training Program Coordination and Support
Training Documentation and Records
Learning Management System
Administrative Support
Special Projects
Monthly Deliverables:
Trainer Support
Support trainers during training sessions, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Set up and organise training materials, equipment, and technology for training events
Evaluation and Feedback:
Assist in evaluating training programs by collecting participant feedback and analysing training effectiveness. Provide feedback to brands.
Learning Management Systems (LMS):
Manage and update course content, track participant progress, and generate reports on training effectiveness
Assist in troubleshooting LMS issues and providing technical support to participants
Push course enrolment and completion to participants
Administrative Tasks
Handle administrative duties related to training programs, including scheduling training sessions, managing participant registrations, and maintaining training records.
Help organise and coordinate with store managers the training events and activities.
Assist in training coordination with brands and other external providers
Special Projects:
Training Event preparation, organisation and coordination
Coordination, enrollment, and confirmation for external training requirements
Coordination with external partners on insdustry-specific requirements
As Needed:
Design and editing of training collaterals and materials for training and special projects
