Educational Requirement: Must-Have: Bachelor's DegreeGood to Have: Master's DegreeSkills and Work Experience: Must-Have: 3 to 6 years work experience post a master's degree, of which significant experience is in the Human Resource transformation space Fundamental understanding of the HR domains across the value chain and an awareness of key trends in the talent & organization worldo Cloud / Digital HRo HR Processo HR Diagnostics / Analyticso HR Technologyo Workforce Planningo Talent Management including Recruitment, Performance Management, Competency Modelling, Career Framework, Reward Design, Strategic Role Assessment, etc. Design and deployment of HR Service Delivery Model across a diverse set of organizations Desired knowledge of HRIT and ERP (Oracle/SAP/Workday) Knowledge of outsourcing business model of key HR processes Working experience with international clients is desirableResponsible: Support the solutioning and design of projects with a variety of global clients Manage project delivery while engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders, at the client site or otherwise Practice in developing the client base under the offering and work on business development and research initiativesReporting Structure: Individual ContributorWill directly report to a Manager or Senior ManagerAdditional Information for the role: Location: Manila, WFH, travel outside PH (SG/KL/ID/HK/CN/JP)Shift: Flexible schedule, 8hrs/dayFacility: LaptopTarget Organizations / People: Priority: KPMG, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopersCan consider IBM, Korn Ferry, and Eon, local counterparts of the Big 4 (RG Manabat & Co., Isla Lipana & Co., Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co., Navarro Amper & Co.)Selling Points: Group is in a setting up yet hypergrowth phase that gives opportunities in career and individual growth.
