Job Description

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Provide clerical and general administrative support to HR/Admin Executives by relaying messages and maintaining equipment and supplies
  • Assist with processing certain contracts, agreements and transaction documents
  • Handle other activities that may assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of any 4 year course preferably Business Courses, Psychology/Industrial Psychology, HRDM
  • Experience in Real Estate is an advantage but not required
  • Familiar with different social media platform uses and functions.
