Lead HR projects related to Singapore legislation and labor law to ensure compliance and proper implementation, including all necessary reporting to local regulators.
Implement HR processes such as talent management, engagement surveys, performance management, diversity, and mobility.
Extract and organize data to provide insights supporting various initiatives, including headcount management, diversity and inclusion, talent and performance management, and ongoing audit and management of team data.
Coordinate global mobility cases to ensure employees receive full support in transfers, relocations, and assignments.
Manage or support ad hoc projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant
Has 5 years of HR experience preferably in investment firm
Generalist knowledge of HR processes, concepts, and practices
Make decisions and develop creative solutions
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and trends, and develop solutions
Strong analytical and quantitative skills for leveraging data to create insights and strategies
Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and collaborate across HR and business functions
Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
