The HRBP will be reporting to the HR Director, Sales International. The role will include but is not limited to leading, coaching, developing, and carrying out best practices HR initiatives. You will also work on projects and programs, including the New Employee Orientation (NEO) onboarding process, employee performance and development, talent management and retention, and other internal HR processes, to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth, employee development, and retention of talent in assigned business units.Key Responsibilities:Working on meaningful HR programs supporting APAC management and people, you will need to be an active change agent striving to find the best HR solutions and HR best practices.\\As part of a highly engaged HR team, you will coach managers on their leadership and managerial skills as well as manage the development and training of managers and employees. You will also Identify training needs and skills gaps and deliver training programs to the organization.Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant HRBP work experience in a global organization
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in education, psychology, human resources, or another relevant field.
  • Has 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a trusted advisor and senior partner for senior-level management
  • Ability to build and drive HR processes and change management initiatives within assigned client groups that are aligned with business strategy.
  • Experience working independently and proactively with multiple stakeholders within a complex, fast paced and growing business environment.
  • Strong business partnering skills, including problem-solving, coaching, and consultation skills.
  • Ensure excellent employee experience for new employee onboarding, employee development, and other internal HR processes
  • Effectively work with the Talent Acquisition team and partner with the hiring manager to find the talent needed to grow the business.
  • Ample knowledge and experience with APAC employment legislation and employment laws ensures organizational compliance as it relates to APAC countries and local laws in each country: Singapore, Japan, Australia, India, Thailand, Philippines and more.
  • Experience in HR partnering with employees outside Singapore
