The HRBP will be reporting to the HR Director, Sales International. The role will include but is not limited to leading, coaching, developing, and carrying out best practices HR initiatives. You will also work on projects and programs, including the New Employee Orientation (NEO) onboarding process, employee performance and development, talent management and retention, and other internal HR processes, to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth, employee development, and retention of talent in assigned business units.Key Responsibilities:Working on meaningful HR programs supporting APAC management and people, you will need to be an active change agent striving to find the best HR solutions and HR best practices.\\As part of a highly engaged HR team, you will coach managers on their leadership and managerial skills as well as manage the development and training of managers and employees.
