You will be responsible for handling manpower planning, performance management, implementing HR policies and procedure, coming up with recruitment and reward strategies

You will work in a team of 4 and report to the Senior HR Manager.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Hybrid work arrangement Our client is in the healthcare industry and is looking for an HRBP executive to join the team.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders as a trusted HR consultant by providing value-added HR strategies and advice.
  • Lead, manage, coach and motivate a team to ensure effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmes, processes and services.
  • Provide professional advice on interpreting HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies.
  • Work with Centre of Excellence and relevant key stakeholders in the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives.
  • Establish clear understanding of the recruitment needs for the various departments, and work closely with the Shared Services and hiring managers to hire the appropriate talent on a timely basis.
  • Provide advice to employees and managers and manage the activities pertaining to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct and discipline.
  • Lead and/or participate in projects, events, and committees as and when assigned or appointed

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of employees.
  • Team Player
  • Possess good stakeholder management
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act and labour laws
  • Attentive to details


Education Requirements :
  • Degree in Business / HR Management or equivalent.
