Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile HR professional who can wear multiple hats: acting as an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day operations, a trusted People Partner to support leaders, and a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and onboard top talent. This is a hands-on role with both strategic and operational responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

Oversee contributor lifecycle: onboarding, reviews, transitions, exits. Manage service contracts, HRIS updates, records, and compliance. Support payroll, benefits, and leave with vendors/finance. Be the first contact for HR queries. Implement and maintain policies and processes.

People Partnering


---------------------

Collaborate with leaders on workforce needs and HR solutions. Support performance, engagement, and development initiatives. Strengthen culture, collaboration, and retention. Provide guidance on relations and conflict resolution.

Talent Acquisition


----------------------

Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing to contracting. Work with hiring leads to define roles and criteria. Build talent pipelines and networks. Enhance organizational brand as a talent destination. Ensure smooth candidate experience through onboarding.

Requirements


================

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 4-6 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations and recruitment. Strong understanding of HR best practices. Proven track record in managing multiple HR functions in a lean or fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to balance hands-on HR operations with strategic partnering.
